All purchases, including coaching packages, digital products, VIP days, templates, and design services, are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Ownership of Work

Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, all templates, digital products, frameworks, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Conscious Creative Collective. Client websites and designs may not be resold, duplicated, or reused outside the intended scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals necessary for the successful completion of any design or coaching project. Delays on your part may result in timeline extensions or project rebooking.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our Services. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
